DLS wins $49,500,000 USACE Tulsa MATOC award

Doyon Logistics Services (DLS) was notified in late September 2013 by the Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) that the company was awarded a contract entitled Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction/Design-Build Services in Support of Various Military, Civil Woks, and International and Interagency Support (IIS) Projects within Southwest Division (SWD) Boundaries and for Tulsa District Customers. The IDIQ MATOC contract will include a variety of tasks primarily for Tulsa District customers but may encompass work in other states covered by the geographic region included in the Southwestern Division Boundaries including Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. This is an IDIQ MATOC for one base year and two option years, for an amount not to exceed $49,500,000 over the life of the contract.  This MATOC win is another important win for DLS and is opportunity to win task order work in the Central Region over the next three years – against only two other competitors.

DLS and our teaming partner, Burgess and Niple, will provide design and construction services to include renovation, repairs and alterations, preventative maintenance, and operations support activities. These task orders are not only intended to execute new construction, design-build, and design-bid-build projects, but to provide a timely response to the renovation of real and personal property facilities.  The work includes project work such as maintenance, repair and minor construction relating to civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), instrumentation, anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP) and other related  construction and renovation activities.
