Cherokee General Corporation (Cherokee) notified that it will be awarded a $15M second MATOC in the Northwest region from the GSA

Cherokee General Corporation (Cherokee) was just notified by GSA that the company will be awarded a second MATOC in the Northwest region, adding to the recent award announced just two weeks ago.

This contract is for Construction, Repair & Alteration Services for GSA-Owned and Leased Facilities in the Southern Service Center Region and is for one base year and four option years, for an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 over the life of the contract.  This region includes the cities of Vancouver, WA; Portland, OR; Eugene, OR and Medford, OR.

Cherokee General Corporation (CGC) awarded $20M IDIQ MATOC by the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Arizona

Cherokee General Corporation (Cherokee) was notified this morning of another large award.  This notification was made by the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Arizona that the company will be awarded a contract entitled, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in Support of the National Guard Army and Air Activities in the State of Arizona.  This is an IDIQ MATOC for two base years and three option years, for an amount not to exceed $20,000,000 over the life of the contract.  This contract will allow DGG to continue our presence in the State of Arizona and follows our successful completion of our contract with BIA. 

Cherokee General awarded $20M GSA IDIQ MATOC CONTRACT

Cherokee General Corporation (Cherokee) was just notified by the General Services Administration (GSA) that the company will be awarded a contract entitled Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Construction, Repair & Alteration Services for GSA-Owned and Leased Facilities in the Eastern Service Center Region.  This is an IDIQ MATOC for one base year and three option years, for an amount not to exceed $20,000,000 over the life of the contract.  This MATOC is another nice win for DGG and for Cherokee and continues Cherokee’s current relationship with the GSA in Washington. 

The contract will include a broad range of design-build and design-bid-build tasks at multiple locations throughout Eastern Washington, Eastern Oregon and Idaho.  Work to be performed under this contract includes new construction, renovation, repair and alteration, demolition, historical renovation, civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and other construction support work normally included in GSA tasks.
