Cherokee General awarded $20M GSA IDIQ MATOC CONTRACT

Cherokee General Corporation (Cherokee) was just notified by the General Services Administration (GSA) that the company will be awarded a contract entitled Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Construction, Repair & Alteration Services for GSA-Owned and Leased Facilities in the Eastern Service Center Region.  This is an IDIQ MATOC for one base year and three option years, for an amount not to exceed $20,000,000 over the life of the contract.  This MATOC is another nice win for DGG and for Cherokee and continues Cherokee’s current relationship with the GSA in Washington.

The contract will include a broad range of design-build and design-bid-build tasks at multiple locations throughout Eastern Washington, Eastern Oregon and Idaho.  Work to be performed under this contract includes new construction, renovation, repair and alteration, demolition, historical renovation, civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and other construction support work normally included in GSA tasks.
