William “Bill” Line – Executive Vice President and General Manager
As Executive Vice President and General Manager of Doyon Government Group (DGG), William Line is responsible for developing all operational, business and strategic plans, business development strategies and guiding the management team towards long-term goals set by the company.
Mr. Line came to DGG in 2013 with over 30 years of experience in design and construction, having worked with wide range of facility types for most of DGG’s business lines, including numerous nationwide IDIQ programs and multi-million dollar projects for the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the United States Navy, and numerous private-sector clients. He is a registered Professional Engineer, an Accredited Professional in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and is a licensed contractor in several states.
He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Building Science and Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).
Patrick Hoxie – Director, Contracts and Compliance
As Contracts and Compliance Manager for Doyon Government Group, Patrick Hoxie reviews and approves prime and subcontracts. Mr. Hoxie monitors compliance with federal and state procurement regulations and acts as the primary interface for Department of Defense contract audits.
Mr. Hoxie came to DGG in 2011 with over 30 years of experience in federal procurement and was also a former defense contract audit agency auditor. He has served as the vice president of finance for a mid-size international government technology contractor and has over 14 years of experience with Alaska Native Corporations and Alaska Native Village Corporations.
Mr. Hoxie holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from American University and is a Certified Professional Estimator.
Mr. Hoxie was formerly an associate professor at Iḷisaġvik College in Barrow, Alaska.
