various government divisions and commercial entities. These services
include (but are not limited to): both armed and unarmed guard
services, detention services, armed vehicle patrol, and security

Building Security, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Honolulu, HI - NEW
- Reponded overnight to an immediate need for additional building security staff with an initial guard force
- Followed-up with a full compliment of uniformed guards to secure six buildings
- Provide access control and random building checks to ensure only authorized personnel enter the buildings
United States Coast Guard Security Surveillance System Upgrade, Seattle, WA - NEW
- Provide assessment of the station's security camera system
- Designed a complete upgrade of cameras, video storage, software, and monitors
- Provide training for security staff
Armed/Unarmed Security Guard Services, Chief Joseph Dam, Bridgeport, WA, $2,706,627 - NEW
- Provide the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) armed and unarmed security guard services
- Provide all labor, equipment, supervision, personnel, transportation, materials, and training
- Ensure the power grid is protected from possible terrorist attack and other threats to USACE and visitor security

- Force Protection Security for the Commanding General and the
U.S. Army Alaska (USARAK) Headquarters Building at Ft. Richardson
- The DSS team is on the job 24/7/365 to provide security and
access control to the HQ building

Second Fleet - Network Security
- DSS Partnered with EDS to design and install a physical
layer fiber optic sensor detection system for the protection of
SIPRNET and JWICS wireline and optical fibers used to transmit
classified National Security Information (NSI) for the Commander Second
Fleet Norfolk Naval Station Headquarters
- Doyon SecureLan Fiberoptic alarm sensors notify response
authorities within seconds of an attempted breach to the PDS pathways
- Integration of Multiple Sub System elements to form one
contiguous network protection platform controlled from one station
- Complete intrusion monitoring of all data paths within the
facility
- Approved/certified by the cognizant COMSEC manager as a
“hardened” alarmed carrier in accordance with NSTISSI 7003 &
NAVSO-P-5239-22
Army Criminal Investigative
Command - Ft Belvoir, VA - Electronic Security
- DSS provided complete system upgrade and maintenance for the
integrated Access Control System
- Integrated Access Control system for use with the Department of
Defense CAC credentials
- Integrated legacy Visual Assessment video system with a new IP
based network Video System for multiple station control and recording
- System operations controlled from graphical mapping workstations
Port of Anchorage, AK
- Doyon conducted vulnerability assessments for the Port of
Anchorage
utilizing the model developed by the American Petroleum Institute (API)
and used by the energy and oil industry throughout Alaska
- Doyon
uses a security force that is trained using a paramilitary-armed
protective force model. They currently function within DHS, USCG,
DOT, State of Alaska and Municipality of Anchorage requirements to
guard and protect the maritime premises, facilities, property and
personnel of the port
- The port is classified by the U.S. Department of Defense as one
of sixteen strategic ports
