Since 2023, DGG companies have offered Procurement & Supply services to the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA).  Its first contract was a single 8(a) Sole Source project awarded to Doyon Technical Services (DTS) to provide the delivery of galvanized steel poles and anchor bolt cages at four WAPA sites in North and South Dakota.  After fulfilling this contract, DTS received an IDIQ contract for Procurement & Supply of Circuit Breakers for WAPA’s Rocky Mountain Region/Upper Great Plains. Subsequently, an IDIQ contract award was made to Doyon Contracting Services (DCS), also for Circuit Breakers, for WAPA’s Desert Southwest/Sierra Nevada Region. A third IDIQ contract was awarded to DCS for Insulators for WAPA’s Rocky Mountain Region, and a fourth standalone contract was awarded to DCS to procure and deliver a General Electric KvA1 Autotransformer – all awarded as 8(a) Sole Source contracts.  DGG and its subsidiaries are currently working to expand these services to other government agencies.
