On the average, DGG Project Managers have 20 to 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Onsite Superintendents average more than 20 years of relevant experience (staffed to match project requirements). Site Safety & Health Officers typically average at least 10 years of relevant experience and they are trained and OSHA 10- and 30-hour certified. Quality Control Managers average more than 10 years of experience in this role for federal government projects, and all are trained and certified in USACE Construction Quality Management. It is this combined experience that produces results that benefit our customers and everyone involved in doing the work.
