Doyon Contracting Services (DCS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Doyon Government Group (DGG) and an SBA-certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business. DCS provides federal clients with comprehensive operations support, design-build construction, design-bid-build construction, and facility renovation services. Procurement & Supply Services by DCS
Doyon Government Group (DGG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Doyon, Limited, an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC). DGG operates five minority-owned Small Disadvantaged Businesses, one of which is Doyon Contracting Services (DCS). DCS is also certified by the Small Business Administration as an 8(a) company. As such, DCS is qualified to receive Sole Source contracts.
In this capacity, in 2026, DCS was awarded a $25M, 5-year IDIQ contract on a Sole Source basis to procure and supply Mitsubishi Circuit Breakers to the Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA) Desert Southwest & Sierra Nevada Region. In addition, DCS was awarded a $7M, 5-year, Sole Source IDIQ contract to procure and supply Insulators to WAPA’s Rocky Mount Region. DCS will work with BAI, an authorized Re-Seller of Mitsubishi Electric Power Products (MEPPI) to provide the Insulators. Also, working with GE-Waukesha and MC Sales, DCS will procure and deliver one General Electric KvA1 Autotransformer to WAPA under a separate Sole Source 8(a) contract.
Through its relationships with government agencies and commercial partners, DCS is working to expand its Procurement & Supply capabilities in 2027 and beyond.
