On July 17th, Doyon Management Services was awarded this $5M Aircraft Engine Test Facility project at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This is a single-story, 4,600 Square Footage (SF) aircraft engine test and evaluation facility that will house two engine test stands, engine assembly area, control rooms, and administrative space. This facility will include information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems connections. Sustainable Design and Development and Energy Policy Act 2005 features will be provided. Supporting facilities site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs, and gutters, storm water retention, information systems, landscaping and signage are all inclusive to the project. Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense Minimum Antiterrorism for Building standards will be provided. Access for individuals with disabilities will be inclusive to the project.
