USACE B4076 Carpet Replacement, Fort Wainwright, AK – $912K

Doyon Project Services collaborated with USACE Mobile at Fort Wainwright on a project to remove and replace carpet tiles at Bassett Army Community Hospital across three floors. Additionally, they undertook the task of replacing the service entrance low-voltage switchboard.

NAVFAC Shaft Lathe Electrical Foundation, PSNS, WA – $4.6M

Doyon Project Services worked with NAVFAC Northwest on this 260 calendar day Design-Build project to repair the customer’s shaft lathe foundation including electrical and incidental related work.

USACE Satellite Pharmacy Roof Replacement, Patrick SFB, FL – $584K

Doyon Project Services will be working with USACE Mobile District on this this project to replace the existing asphalt shingle roof system and related flashings with a new architectural standing-seam metal roof system at the Satellite Pharmacy Building at Patrick SFB, Florida.

NAVFAC Design and Extend Sprinkler System, PSNS, WA – $606K

Doyon Project Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 450 Calendar Day Design-Build project to provide extension of the fire sprinkler system from the second floor to the first floor in each of the following buildings at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS): 1168, 1169,1170, 1171, 1172, and 1173. The buildings share common adjacent walls with each other and are comprised of two floors. The project also requires modification to the existing conventional Gamewell-FCI model 510 fire alarm system to provide electrical supervision of new sprinkler system alarm and supervisory devices.

USACE Building 503 Renovation of Sleep Research Center, WRAIR, MD – $2.2M

Doyon Project Services will be working with USACE Mobile District on this 320 calendar-day Design-Build project off of it’s MEDCOM contract to renovate the Sleep Research Center on the 2nd Floor of Building 503 at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Forest Glen Annex, Silver Spring, MD.  The project includes removal, storage and de/re-installation of all equipment, furniture, furnishings, resource protection, information technology, systems and communications to and from the designated transition space and final space for all departments impacted by the construction effort.

NAVFAC Dry Dock #8 Replace Pumpwell Thimble Plate, Norfolk Naval Station, Portsmouth, VA – $1M

Doyon Project Services will be working with NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic on this 194 calendar-day project at Norfolk Naval Station to remove six steel thimble plates over water pump chamber openings and install concrete plugs over the openings to permanently seal them.

Smithsonian Institute Construction Services IDIQ – $50M

Awarded in June 2016, Doyon Project Services is working with the Smithsonian Institute on this 10-year, $50M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for construction services in Edgewater, MD. This contract satisfies requirements of the Smithsonian Institution as required for projects to build, repair, renovate, modify or restore existing sites and facilities belonging to the Smithsonian Institution. The type of work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: demolition, site work, concrete construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, wood, painting, plastering, ceramic and cabinetry work, drywall, roofing, and other tasks
as assigned.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hampton Roads HVAC MACC – $95M

Awarded in September 2018, Doyon Projects Services is working with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) on this 5-year, $95M Design/Build (DB) Design/Bid/Build (DBB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair projects primarily within the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Hampton Roads Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Construction projects under this MACC primarily consist of new construction, demolition, repair, alteration, and renovation of HVAC equipment, systems and infrastructure to include system components such as fans, motors, ductwork, controls, pumps, piping, supports, and insulation. Types of facilities include administrative/industrial buildings, maintenance shops, warehouses, hangars, communications facilities, personnel support/instructional buildings, recreational facilities, lodging/dormitory facilities, medical clinics, training areas, indoor ranges, etc. in support of the Hampton Roads Integrated Product Team (IPT) AOR managed by NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic.
