USACE MEDCOM Design-Build Nationwide MATOC – $230M

Awarded in March 2021, Doyon Project Services is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District on this four-year, $230M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support the Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) on this nationwide program. The primary purpose of this contract is to provide a full range of construction services to include design/build renovation, repair, and new construction for MEDCOM medical treatment facilities (MTF) and medical research laboratory facilities to provide quick, cost effective responses to requirements for MEDCOM facilities, primarily at military installations. Projects will include, but are not limited to, work inside both permanent and temporary facilities some of which include the following types: medical centers, community hospitals, medical clinics, dental treatment facilities, veterinary treatment facilities, medical office buildings, medical research laboratory facilities, medical warehouses, and various other facility types in direct support of the MEDCOM mission. As the facilities will typically be in full operation, we will be required to minimize interference with the daily operation of the facilities and will be required to implement infection control processes and to comply with Joint Commission requirements for construction work in occupied medical facilities.

Indian Health Services (IHS) Billings and Portland Construction MATOC – $15M

Awarded in June 2019, Doyon Project Services is working with the Indian Health Services on this 5-year, $15M Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for new construction, renovation, alteration and repair of medical facilities for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)/ Indian Health Service (IHS). Work is being performed at various facilities in the IHS geographic region of Billings (Montana and Wyoming), and Portland (Idaho, Oregon and Washington), but may occasionally be performed at other areas throughout the United States.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hampton Roads Waterfront MACC – $95M

Awarded in September 2018, Doyon Projects Services is working with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) on this 5-year, $95M Design/Build (DB) Design/Bid/Build (DBB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for waterfront related projects primarily within the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Hampton Roads Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Construction projects under this MACC primarily consist of new construction, repair, replacement, demolition, alteration, and/or improvements of waterfront projects. Types of waterfront projects include one or more of the following elements: piers; wharves; quay walls; dry docks; bulkheads; crane rail systems; fender systems; berthing and mooring; and waterfront related utilities (e.g., steam; low pressure compressed air; fresh water; salt water; sanitary sewer; oily waste water collection; high voltage to low voltage electrical; and fire protection systems) and required staging and performing construction in or over open tidal waters from barges and/or other floating or affixed work platforms.
