Doyon Technical Services is providing interior renovations of the Dining Facility in Building 657 at the U.S. Army Garrison on Fort Devens. This building was originally built in the 1960’s as a full service dining facility and after several renovations turned into a catering dining facility where food was prepared off site and served at the facility. This goal of this project is to upgrade the kitchen, food preparation and storage equipment, and serving areas within the facility. This includes asbestos abatement, HVAC renovations, interior renovations and finishes, replacement of light fixtures, cleaning, painting, and replacing all plumbing in the restrooms, and upgrading the loading dock.
