U.S. Coast Guard Design/Build Regional MACC, Region 9 – $150M

Awarded in September 2018, Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S Coast Guard on this 7-year, $150M, Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract (RMACC) for Region 9 (Great Lakes Region). The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) Construction Contracting Office, has determined the need to re-procure a suite of nine Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Regional Multiple Award Construction Contracts (RMACCs) to perform construction on a regional basis nationwide. The contracts will be available on a non-mandatory, enterprise-wide basis to all DHS Directorates and Components. The DHS Components include: United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS), United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Federal Emergency and Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and United States Secret Service (USSS).
The contracts will meet a majority of the DHS infrastructure needs for maintenance, repair, and construction for all projects with a value below $7M within the 50 United States and its territories. This contract is intended to provide prompt responses on an as-needed basis for routine and emergent requirements. The contract offers a streamlined approach to construction contracting and ongoing competition between qualified contractors. The scope of work includes real property repairs, maintenance, and general construction, marine construction, demolition, historical restoration, and remediation. Facilities include, but are not limited to, operations buildings, hangars, boat houses, firing ranges, residential and light commercial buildings and their mechanical and electrical systems, site utilities, waterfront facilities, electronic surveillance/security construction, dredging, and airports/runways. U.S. Air Force Malmstrom AFB MATOC – $90M

Awarded in February 2020, Doyon Management Services is working with the Department of the Air Force at Malmstrom AFB on this 7-year, $90M, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This requirement will be used to satisfy a diverse group of construction and design-build projects for both the base and missile complex. This was a multiple set-aside acquisition, 100% Total Small Business, 8(a), and HUBZone Set-Asides resulting in the award of multiple Firm-Fixed Price Contracts.

Environmental Protection Agency Chemistry Lab Renovation IDIQ – $25M

Awarded in December 2019, Doyon Managements Services is working with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office on this 5-year, $45M, Small Business Set-Aside Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for a broad range of vertical repair and construction services to BLM infrastructure located primarily in the state of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Services include, but are not limited to, new building construction, building demolition, building renovations, retrofits, maintenance and repairs, site work, structural repairs and modifications, recreation site renovations, landscaping, and new or renovation services for the following: building systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and telecommunications), renewable energy systems (geothermal, solar, etc.), radio communication facilities, irrigation systems, building and site security systems, building fire suppression systems, rainwater harvesting systems, recycled water systems, drainage systems, septic and waste water treatment/handling systems. U.S. Air Force Wright-Patterson AFB MACC – $100M

Awarded in April 2015, Doyon Management Services is working with the Department of the Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB on this 7-year, $100M, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC).
DMS is furnishing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to design, manage and accomplish a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, restoration and/or new construction work on various real property facilities at Wright-Patterson AFB. The type of work includes alteration and repair of buildings, structures, roads, grounds, roofs, specialty construction, utilities including JP-8 fuel systems and miscellaneous services including hazardous waste removal.

BPA Design/Build General Construction MATOC – $110M

Awarded in May 2015, Cherokee General Corporation is working with the Bonneville Power Administration on this Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), for Alteration, Repair, Demolitions including Design and New Non-Complex Construction. The area of coverage is all of Bonneville Power Service Area (ID, Western MT, OR, WA and limited areas in Northern CA, NV, UT and Western WY). These contracts are for the execution of a broad range of maintenance/repair, demolition/new construction, and minor construction (non-complex) and design. Cherokee is accomplishing a wide variety of construction tasks, including design/build (ranging from 35% up to 100% level of effort), renovation, additions/upgrades, along with specific work in Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC), low voltage electrical, mechanical and other major trades. Individual task orders may range between (estimated) $2,000 – $2 million. Each IDIQ contract awarded contains a basic 12-month period and five, two year option periods (exercised at the discretion of BPA). The total program amount (including options) shall not exceed $110 million aggregate.
