Awarded in June 2016, Doyon Project Services is working with the Smithsonian Institute on this 10-year, $50M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for construction services in Edgewater, MD. This contract satisfies requirements of the Smithsonian Institution as required for projects to build, repair, renovate, modify or restore existing sites and facilities belonging to the Smithsonian Institution. Awarded in September 2018, Doyon Projects Services is working with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) on this 5-year, $95M Design/Build (DB) Design/Bid/Build (DBB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair projects primarily within the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Hampton Roads Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Construction projects under this MACC primarily consist of new construction, demolition, repair, alteration, and renovation of HVAC equipment, systems and infrastructure to include system components such as fans, motors, ductwork, controls, pumps, piping, supports, and insulation. Types of facilities include administrative/industrial buildings, maintenance shops, warehouses, hangars, communications facilities, personnel support/instructional buildings, recreational facilities, lodging/dormitory facilities, medical clinics, training areas, indoor ranges, etc. in support of the Hampton Roads Integrated Product Team (IPT) AOR managed by NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic.

Awarded in September 2018, Doyon Projects Services is working with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) on this 5-year, $95M Design/Build (DB) Design/Bid/Build (DBB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for waterfront related projects primarily within the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Hampton Roads Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Construction projects under this MACC primarily consist of new construction, repair, replacement, demolition, alteration, and/or improvements of waterfront projects. Types of waterfront projects include one or more of the following elements: piers; wharves; quay walls; dry docks; bulkheads; crane rail systems; fender systems; berthing and mooring; and waterfront related utilities (e.g., steam; low pressure compressed air; fresh water; salt water; sanitary sewer; oily waste water collection; high voltage to low voltage electrical; and fire protection systems) and required staging and performing construction in or over open tidal waters from barges and/or other floating or affixed work platforms.

Awarded in March 2017, Doyon Project Services is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District on this 5-year, $499M Design/Build (DB) Design/Bid/Build (DBB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for projects located in the Baltimore/Washington corridor, but can be used throughout Continental United States (CONUS) and Hawaii, in support of DoD and other Federal agencies and Intelligence Community (IC) entities. The geographic area for this contract is within the North Atlantic Division (NAD) mission area.

Awarded in July 2017, Doyon Project Services is working with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command on this 5-year, $240M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Northwest Multiple Award Construction Contract (NW MACC). Types of projects include, but are not limited to administrative facilities, housing facilities, child care centers, recreation/fitness centers, retail complexes, manufacturing and industrial facilities, communication facilities, special access program facilities (SAPF) or sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIF’s), aviation facilities (i.e. hangars, control towers, etc.), and other similar facilities. The task order range for this contract is between $10,000,000 and $30,000,000.

Awarded in December 2018, Doyon Management Services is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District on this 7-year, $175M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Multi-Disciplinary Maintenance, Repair, Construction and Incidental Design Work for Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) Its Sub-Installations and Other Customers Supported by USACE Seattle District.

National Park Services (NPS) Northern Intermountain Region MATOC – $40M

In October 2018, Doyon Management Services was awarded a 5-year, $40M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Rocky Mountain Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the National Park Services in collaboration with the Northern Rockies Contracting Offices1. Under this contract, Doyon Management Services provided general construction services, including the repair or rehabilitation of both historic and non-historic structures.
