Cherokee General Corporation, a Minority-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, collaborated with JLL and the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) on a project aimed at sealing the roof, exterior tilt walls, and interior walls to prevent bat ingress into the substation.
