USACE D/B Replace Roof Section Satellite Pharmacy, Eglin AFB, FL -$299K

Doyon Project Services will be working with USACE Mobile District on this Design-Build project to remove and replace the existing damaged roofing system, metal flashings and roof metal at perimeter terminations at Satellite Pharmacy Building 17581 as describe in the attached documents at Eglin Air Force Base, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to safely remove and dispose of the current roof covering system, and to install a fully adhered 80 mil nominal minimal thickness Fleece Backed Polyvinylchloride (PVC) Roofing System (approximately 2400 sq. ft. of covered area). This roofing system shall have a finish matching existing with new rigid polyisocyanurate insulation, new cover board, new moisture barrier, new underlayment, and new sheet metal and membrane flashings.

NAVFAC D/B Replace SIM Center Roof and HVAC Unit, Silver Springs, MD – $1.0M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Washington on this 402 calendar day project to provide labor, approved materials, tools, mobilization, transportation, supervision and equipment necessary for replacement of the roof and add a new HVAC unit.

BPA JLL D/B Warehouse Piping Vancouver, WA – $317K

Cherokee General Corporation will be working with JLL and the BPA on this project to to replace potable water supply into Ross Warehouse per Bradford Engineered drawings. Install new PEX plumbing inside building. Abandon old piping in place. Incidental related work related to plumbing, excavation, drywall, tiling, carpentry, and GPR scanning.

USACE Convert SF-A-2A&2B and 16 To Fan Wall Units Ft. Campbell, KY – $1.4M

Doyon Project Services will be working with USACE Mobile District on this Design-Build project to convert SF-A-2A and 2B and 16 to Fan Wall Units, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH), Building 650, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The objective of this project is for the Contractor to demolish the existing air handler motors, fans and blower assembly’s and replace by converting AHU 2A/2B and AHU #16 to a fan wall unit to include commissioning of the newly reconfigured units. The downstream duct work is not part of this project except for any modifications required to totally complete the conversion. All work shall be performed at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and performed in accordance with all Installation, State and Federal codes and regulations. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to safely complete the repair activities. Contractor shall provide a combination Site Survey/Mechanical Work Plan submittal detailing the existing conditions and repair work narrative to include, but not limited to removal of electrical and mechanical equipment, new fan schedule, calculations for fan array, UV lighting schedule, access door detail and new electrical work. This work is intended to improve the Environment of Care, to provide facility compliance with current regulations and standards, and to meet the safety requirements of current health standards. Any repairs and modifications to the major systems involved shall provide a 15-year life extension as the mission and operational window of the Medical Facility is planned to remain intact for the foreseeable future.

USACE Site Prep for ATS, MAMC, JBLM – $3.7M

Doyon Project Services will be working with USACE Mobile District on this Design-Build project to perform a Site Survey, Design and necessary site prep services needed to support the replacement of the ATS (Automated Transport System) at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord, in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with applicable guidance, references, and regulations.

JLL BPA Redmond Window Replacement, OR – $358K

Cherokee General Corporation will be working with JLL and the BPA on this project to remove and replace identified windows and storefront at the Redmond Maintenance Headquarters, matching the existing appearance as well as meeting security requirements (identified below). The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services, unless otherwise specified herein, required under this work. All work and procedures shall be performed in conformity with the specifications and work requirements herein. All local and US work safety and health norms and standards apply.

USCG Repair Cedar Lane Potable Water Main USCG Academy, New London, CT – $55K

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Coast Guard on this 42 calendar day project to repair a leak in the 10” PVC water main serving the Academy’s Maintenance Shops, Boiler Plant, Sail Loft, and all facilities east of the railroad tracks. The scope includes hiring an independent utility locator service to find and mark the location of the water main at the repair site (CBYD does not perform locating/marking services for Academy-owned utilities), excavation as required to repair the water main, backfill to pavement base course elevation with excavatable flowable fill, and HMA pavement restoration to match existing conditions. For bidding purposes, assume the water main is located 5’ below grade, that required repair materials include 5’ of 10” AWWA C900 DR 25 PVC water pipe and 2 NSF/ANSI 61 couplings, that an additional 1 CY of flowable fill will be needed to fill any undermining observed, and that pavement restoration entails 3” of HMA over 8” of processed aggregate base. Couplings shall be installed and tested per manufacturer instructions. Contractor shall saw cut and remove pavement 12” beyond the limits of excavation.

BLM Replace Vault Toilet, Elderberry Flats CG, Medfield District, OR – $95K

Doyon Management Services will be working with the Bureau of Land Management on this 150 calendar day project to provide Vault Toilet Replacement at Elderberry Flats Campground, for the BLM Medford District Office, Oregon.

NAVFAC Replace Existing Roof Systems, B7415, 7419, 7425, and 7428, NBK-Bangor, WA – $1.9M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 210 calendar day project to Remove and replace entire existing roofs, roof insulation, fascia, soffits, gutters, downspouts roof hatches and associated trims/fasteners on B7415, 7419, 7425 and 7428. Work on B7415, B7419 and B7425 to include Logistic Escape Trunk (LET) roof hatches, integrated hand railings and their electrical motors and actuators. Install snow guard systems to B7125 and B7142.

NAVFAC Replace Building 77H East Substation, PNY, PA – $6.3M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic PWD Philadelphia on this 845 calendar day project for replacing the existing electrical substation located east of Building 77H. The proposed action is required as the existing substation is beyond its’ life expectancy and has experienced intermittent failures. The proposed action does not include any alterations to character defining features of Buildings 77H or 670. The proposed action includes the removal of components/surfaces finished with Lead based paint (LBP) resulting from a Hazardous Material Investigation. All LBP must be removed and disposed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. All LBP must be abated by a certified Lead abatement contractor.
