The project is to provide improvements and upgrades to improve industrial ventilation. This includes replacement of heating cabinet section of the existing MAU, alterations to the upper mezzanine to include guard railing and sprinklers, rainwater solutions installation, and removal/addition of HVAC & plumbing systems.
