USSF Replace HVAC System & Remediate Mold, CCSFS, FL – $1.6M

This project updates a facility at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station that was originally built in 1966 with CMU construction, spanning approximately 12,000 square feet. The facility is experiencing mold issues in both the building and its HVAC system. This project involves repairing the building envelope and remediating the mold. Following remediation, the existing HVAC units and associated components will be replaced with new equipment.

NAVFAC Permanent Generator Installation, NSB New London, CT – $1.1M

The objective of the project is to install a diesel fuel-based permanent generator for at Naval Submarine Base New London, CT.

NAVFAC Replace Steam Lines & Abatement, Yorktown, VA – $1.1M

This project is to replace and upgrade all of the steam lines, steam coil air handling units and steam heaters throughout the entire facility.

NAVFAC Replace Saltwater Pump Controls, PSNS, WA – $1.0M

This project is to replace damaged saltwater pump 8 controls, the control cabinet with a NEMA 4X-rated unit, and the VFD motor starter with like-in-kind components. All work must be coordinated with ongoing operations, including laydown areas and access, which require approval from the government representative.

BLM Lakeview Recreation Project, Gerber, OR – $874K

The project involves supplying and installing three new double vault toilets at designated recreation sites along the North Santiam and Little North Santiam River Corridors. Doyon will excavate and prepare each site, deliver and place the vaults, and backfill and compact the surrounding area. A six-inch thick gravel pad extending six feet from each building’s exterior will be installed and compacted.

NAVFAC Install ABB Circuit Breakers, NS Everett, WA – $979K

This project covers the procurement, delivery, and installation of retrofit breakers and accessories for existing equipment to serve as spares for 400A feeder-circuit overcurrent devices supporting the electrical system.

USCG Academy Remodel Classroom, McAllister Hall, New London, CT – $532K

This project involves the complete alteration and remodel of a Classroom in McAllister Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. The scope includes creating two small work rooms and one large lecture space, along with selective demolition of existing finishes and systems. Renovation tasks include installing interior partitions, doors, glazing, aluminum and glass storefronts, suspended ceilings, lighting, and HVAC modifications. Electrical updates will cover power, data cabling, fire alarm, and mass notification systems, while finishes include new flooring, paint, built-in countertops, and wood bookshelves.

USFWS Fish Ladder Grates and Cables at the Makah NFH, Neah Bay, WA – $412K

This project for the US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is to replace fish ladder grates and winch/cable systems. This also includes replacing the fish ladder platform, structural supports, and grate guides.
