Awarded in March of 2021, Doyon Management Services is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District on this  5-Year, $124.5M, General Repair and Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) at Various Locations for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installations Support for Distribution and Marine Forces Reserve (MFR). This was a 100% Small Business set-aside acquisition resulting in East and West Contracts with multiple awardees for each region sharing $249M. Doyon Management Services was awarded a contract for the East Region.

This contract will include: Vertical Construction: Buildings – New construction, rehabilitation, renovation, repair of buildings, building additions, pre-engineered buildings and other structures; Repair of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, wastewater drainage systems, fire alarm and life safety systems; Roofs – Replacement and repair of partial and whole roof systems; Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) – Building and site security and electronic security. Horizontal Construction: New construction, rehabilitation, and repairs of highways, roads, streets, and runways; New construction, repair, and replacement of underground utilities and fuel facilities and systems. Incidental Work: All work to create useable systems as defined in the contract; Interior/exterior carpentry and finish work; Forensic studies for water damage and presence of hazardous material.

Awarded in September 2018, Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S Coast Guard on this 7-year, $150M, Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract (RMACC) for Region 9 (Great Lakes Region). The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) Construction Contracting Office, has determined the need to re-procure a suite of nine Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Regional Multiple Award Construction Contracts (RMACCs) to perform construction on a regional basis nationwide. The contracts will be available on a non-mandatory, enterprise-wide basis to all DHS Directorates and Components. The DHS Components include: United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS), United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Federal Emergency and Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and United States Secret Service (USSS).
The contracts will meet a majority of the DHS infrastructure needs for maintenance, repair, and construction for all projects with a value below $7M within the 50 United States and its territories. This contract is intended to provide prompt responses on an as-needed basis for routine and emergent requirements. The contract offers a streamlined approach to construction contracting and ongoing competition between qualified contractors. The scope of work includes real property repairs, maintenance, and general construction, marine construction, demolition, historical restoration, and remediation. Facilities include, but are not limited to, operations buildings, hangars, boat houses, firing ranges, residential and light commercial buildings and their mechanical and electrical systems, site utilities, waterfront facilities, electronic surveillance/security construction, dredging, and airports/runways. Design-Build, One-Step Turnkey (Design-Build), and Design/Bid/Build project delivery methods are used. This Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract is set aside for contractors in one or more small business socioeconomic programs. Task order limits will range from $2,000 to $7M with an total value of $150M.

Awarded in December 2019, Doyon Managements Services is working with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office on this 5-year, $45M, Small Business Set-Aside Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for a broad range of vertical repair and construction services to BLM infrastructure located primarily in the state of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Services include, but are not limited to, new building construction, building demolition, building renovations, retrofits, maintenance and repairs, site work, structural repairs and modifications, recreation site renovations, landscaping, and new or renovation services for the following: building systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and telecommunications), renewable energy systems (geothermal, solar, etc.), radio communication facilities, irrigation systems, building and site security systems, building fire suppression systems, rainwater harvesting systems, recycled water systems, drainage systems, septic and waste water treatment/handling systems. Work is varied but of relatively small scale, and is commonly performed in remote rural environments which can be considerable distances from typical supply sources. The anticipated magnitude of the construction projects under the contract is greater than $10,000,000 USD. The NAICS code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million.

Doyon Management Services was recently awarded a Design-Build (DB), Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for the Public Works Department (PWD) Pennsylvania area of responsibility (AOR).  The five-year, $249 million MACC was awarded by the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA, office as a set aside for 8(a) contractors. Competitive task orders will range from $500,000 to $5 million and will include a wide variety of DB and DBB projects for new construction, demolition, repair, alteration and renovation of buildings, systems, and infrastructure for a variety of facilities (administrative, industrial, maintenance, warehouses, hangars, communications, personnel support, recreation, lodging, dormitory, medical) and roads.  In addition to the PWD Pennsylvania AOR, work may also occur in other areas of the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic AOR.
