Awarded in March of 2021, Doyon Management Services is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District on this  5-Year, $124.5M, General Repair and Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) at Various Locations for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installations Support for Distribution and Marine Forces Reserve (MFR). This was a 100% Small Business set-aside acquisition resulting in East and West Contracts with multiple awardees for each region sharing $249M. Doyon Management Services was awarded a contract for the East Region.

This contract will include: Vertical Construction: Buildings – New construction, rehabilitation, renovation, repair of buildings, building additions, pre-engineered buildings and other structures; Repair of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, wastewater drainage systems, fire alarm and life safety systems; Roofs – Replacement and repair of partial and whole roof systems; Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) – Building and site security and electronic security. Horizontal Construction: New construction, rehabilitation, and repairs of highways, roads, streets, and runways; New construction, repair, and replacement of underground utilities and fuel facilities and systems. Incidental Work: All work to create useable systems as defined in the contract; Interior/exterior carpentry and finish work; Forensic studies for water damage and presence of hazardous material.

Awarded in February 2020, Doyon Management Services is working with the Department of the Air Force at Malmstrom AFB on this 7-year, $90M, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This requirement will be used to satisfy a diverse group of construction and design-build projects for both the base and missile complex. NAVFAC Pennsylvania AOR $249M IDIQ MACC

Doyon Management Services was recently awarded a Design-Build (DB), Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for the Public Works Department (PWD) Pennsylvania area of responsibility (AOR).  The five-year, $249 million MACC was awarded by the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA, office as a set aside for 8(a) contractors. Competitive task orders will range from $500,000 to $5 million and will include a wide variety of DB and DBB projects for new construction, demolition, repair, alteration and renovation of buildings, systems, and infrastructure for a variety of facilities (administrative, industrial, maintenance, warehouses, hangars, communications, personnel support, recreation, lodging, dormitory, medical) and roads.  In addition to the PWD Pennsylvania AOR, work may also occur in other areas of the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic AOR.
