Doyon Management Services was awarded this $4.1M project with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District to repair the mechanical and plumbing systems at the District of Columbia National Guard Army (DCNG) in Washington, DC. Mechanical and Plumbing renovations included the replacement of the mechanical boilers, distribution pumps, domestic hot water system, and a building wide DDC control energy management system for the new water pumps that are expandable to accommodate additional equipment for enhanced monitoring and control.
