Cherokee General Corporation will be working with JLL at the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) Headquarters (HQ) for the 5th Floor Operations Center Tenant Improvement. This project will relocate several departments to a new Project Operations Center (POC) on the 5th floor of the HQ building and will include demolition and construction of walls for the new POC area, including the break room, conference rooms, etc. The project also includes design and modification of existing mechanical, electrical, lighting and fire suppression/life safety infrastructure to support new POC area.
