Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Seattle at Joint Base Lewis-McChord on this 180 calendar-day project to provide and install a 20-ton packaged chiller and upgraded building J01159’s HVAC DDC system. The current chiller is in a failed condition and must be replaced. The project includes controlled removal and recycle of the existing chiller per EPA standards and installation of a new chiller system with two-scroll compressors, prepackaged, factory tested, and equipment for point monitoring, programable setpoints, chiller enable/disabled, and interface with the buildings JACE system.
