NOAA Video Security Project, Seattle, WA – $486K

Doyon Technical Services won a $486K Task Order under its National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to replace NOAA’s Western Regional Center’s existing CCTV video surveillance system throughout the 104-acre Lake Washington, Seattle, Washington campus.  Existing security cameras will be removed, and new exterior and interior cameras and accompanying power/communication will be installed, as well eight new remote monitoring stations. 

EPA HAZMAT Building Replacement, Narragansett, RI – $1.3M

Doyon Management Services was awarded a $1.3M project from the Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), Office of Research and Development, Atlantic Coastal Environmental Science Division for Building Demolition and Replacement Project at the USEPA’s Narragansett, Rhode Island, facility.  The project, a Task order under DMS’ IDIQ Contract, will require demolition and reinstallation of an existing entrance ramp, as well as replacement of the building’s roof, room heaters, most of the building’s lighting, and the fire protection system will be upgraded.  New security devices, exhaust fam, emergency eyewash shower stations and a water tempering skid will be added.  The project is planned for a 12-month completion schedule.

NOAA Weather Field Office Renovation, Missoula, MT – $427K

NOAA Weather Field Office Project, Hogback, OR – $63K

Doyon Technical Services was awarded a $63K contract to remove and relocate the Naval Weapons Station Conex building and propane tank. The current location of the building is roughly 50 feet outside of the government property. Doyon will disconnect all utilities, relocate the Conex building, and then reconnect all utilities, except the propane, within the new government property site. The project is scheduled for a 100-day turnaround.

U.S. Coast Guard Lead Paint Abatement, Alki, WA – $27K

Doyon Technical Services was awarded a $27K contract to remove lead-based paint in the interior basement staircase at the US Coast Guard’s Alki Point Housing Quarters B. Doyon will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other services necessary to perform the lead abatement project.

U.S. Air Force Replace Sanitary Sewer Lines at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH – $892K

Doyon Management Services won a $892K project under its U.S. Air Force Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio, to replace the sanitary sewer system at Facility 10822.  The project was awarded as a 200-calendar-day, Firm-Fixed Price Task Order that was competitively bid.

USACE District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG) Armory Windows Replacement Project, Washington D.C. – $778K

Doyon Technical Services won a $778K contract to provide construction services to replace 109 windows that support 588,094 SF at the DCNG in Washington, DC. Since the armory was constructed in 1941, the project initially includes the removal and disposal of the Art Moderne style cast-iron windows. This involves the testing and elimination of PCB containing caulk, asbestos abatement, and lead abatement. Doyon has also been charged with the removal of all window shades/blinds and the installation or re-installation of new and/or existing window treatments, including window shades, curtains, and blinds.

Because these are designated historic windows, Doyon will provide customized manufactured windows which replicate the material, profile, dimensions, operability, and light configuration of the originals. Likewise, all distinctive features, finishes and construction techniques that characterized the historic property will be strictly required and followed during the installations.
