NAVFAC Building 1258 / 1259 Chiller Replacement NS Newport, RI – $1.1M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic PWD Newport on this 365 calendar day project to provide replacement of the chiller in Building 1259, and incidental related work. All work shall be in accordance with Naval Station Newport Instruction 5090.10 Ozone Depleting Substances (included in 01 57 10 TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS). Provide an asbestos survey for all substances disturbed as part of the project work (refer to specification section 01 57 10 TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS for details).

USCG D/B Replace Marine Fueling System, Brant Point, Nantucket, MA – $1.2M

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Coast Guard on this 310 calendar day project to provide design, permitting, and construction services to remove and dispose of the existing diesel and gasoline marine fueling systems in their entirety, including but not limited to 1,000-gallon and 4,000-gallon ASTs, associated piping, pumps, valves, accessories, monitoring systems, and remaining fuel/liquid, materials within AST (assume 6-inches). In addition, provide design, permitting, and construction services to furnish and install new elevated diesel piping from the new diesel AST to the new diesel dispenser, and remove and replace pier components as necessary to facilitate demolition of the existing under deck diesel and gasoline piping.

USCG Install Drainage Pump and Damage Repair, Cordova, AK – $630K

Doyon Technical Services, will be working with the U.S. Coast Guard on this 180 calendar-day project to remove the existing drainage trench and install an aircraft wash down collection system by installing a new drainage trench, a new sump pump pit and new sump pump at Aviation Support Facility, Cordova including excavating, testing, analyzing, and disposing of contaminated soil.

NAVFAC D/B Support Installation of Carousels in B431, B452, B460, B857, Bremerton, WA – $1.5M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 365 calendar-day Design-Build project to install foundations, electrical power, and fire protection for electronic storage carousels in three locations in PSNS, Bremerton WA.

USCG Repair Fender Piles at Base Kodiak Wharf, AK – $1.1M

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Coast Guard on this 120 calendar-day project to remove existing timber fender piles, install new composite fender piles, salvaged the timber piles, replace miscellaneous fender pile hardware, repair existing timber chocks and wales, and incidental related work.

NAVFAC Built-Up Roof Replacement B12, NBK Manchester, WA – $829K

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 365 calendar-day project to remove and install a new roof system and roof access on all three sections of Building 12 at Naval Base Kitsap-Manchester, WA.

NAVFAC Replace All Roof Sections, Building 78 PSNS, Bremerton, WA – $3.5M

Doyon Management Serviecs will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 365 calendar day project to remove and install an entire new roofing system, to including the fascia that surrounds the building and adding new stair access, safety railing, walkways and gutters.

NAVFAC D/B NRL 35 Replace Secondary Unit Substation T-54, Washington, DC – $2.5M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Washington on this 670 calendar day Design-Build project to remove the exiting 750KVA Multi-tap Secondary Unit Substation T-54 and associated 15kv interrupter switches, medium voltage and low voltage transformers located between NRL Buildings 54 and 35. Doyon will also replace substation and associated equipment with a new 750KVA, 13.8KV/480 Secondary Unit Substation and associated 15kv interrupter switches, with dry type medium and low voltage transformers capable of producing 230V and 208V. We will cap the existing underground conduits in the duct bank and abandon the existing concrete support pad. The new switchboards shall contain 20% fully bussed space for future breakers. Lastly, we’ll remove the existing switch gear in the electrical room and replace it with a new one of the same kind.

NAVFAC D/B Modify LWT Torpedo Shop-Phase 2, B894, NUWC Keyport, WA – $3.1M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 365 calendar day Design-Build project to renovate and upgrade in B820 on Keyport NUWC, converting the building from the previous owner’s usage to the current owner’s proposed Lightweight Torpedo Shop usage.

USSF Repair Fire Suppression at Fuel Shop B676, Patrick SFB, FL – $229K

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Space Force on this 90 calendar day project to convert the Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) fire suppression system to a wet pipe fire sprinkler system. Perform a fire flow test on the fire hydrant nearest to building 676 to obtain the data necessary to properly size the new wet pipe system into the facility. Work consists of demoing 4-inch foam proportioner, 4-inch Outside Steam and Yoke (OS&Y) control valve, 200-gallon AFFF concentrate tank and associated foam piping. Dispose of all AFFF contaminated components and piping in accordance with Environmental guidance. Design and install new fire suppression lines, check valves, isolation valves, system flow sensors, tamper switches and communication devices.
