NAVFAC HVAC ICPB, Phase 1, B6589 SWFPAC, NBKB, WA – $2.5M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 270 calendar day project to replace HVAC System at ICPB, Phase 1, B6589, SWFPAC including (4) chillers, (4) chilled water (CHW) pumps, (3) hot water (HW) pumps, air handler #2, and return fan #5.

NAVFAC NRL-216 Install High Plume Exhaust System, DC – $5.6M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Washington on this 490 calendar day project to remove the exhaust duct and exhaust fans, provision of 316 stainless steel exhaust duct and rooftop high plume induced flow laboratory exhaust fan systems, integration of DDC controls with existing building DDC system and DDC front end located in building 57, patching and repairing of roof, shaft wall, shaft floor, and walls, painting, cleanup, and incidental related work while limiting disturbance to occupied lab spaces.

USCG M&R Campus HVAC Upgrade, New London, CT – $558K

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Coast Guard on this 133 calendar day project to

(1) the replacement of two packaged roof top units at Hamilton Hall
(2) removal of two server room raised floor AC units, one ductless split AC unit and provide variable refrigerant flow AC system consist of two outdoor condensing units and five indoor ductless AC units at Hamilton Hall
(3) replacement of four ductless split AC system servicing telecom rooms at Chase-E
(4) provide one ductless split AC system in the Police Department Room at Munro Hall
(5) removal one raised floor AC unit and provide variable refrigerant flow AC system consist of one outdoor condensing unit, two ductless AC units and one ducted air handler at Smith Hall’s Secret Internet Protocol Network (SPERNET) room.

NAVFAC B107/108 Paving Repair, NSA-Mechanicsburg, PA – $1.2M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAFAC Mid-Atlantic on this 240 calendar day project to to pave the northern end of the 100 “Block” of H Street/Track. This is the area between Buildings 107 and 108 and First Avenue and extending southwards and encompassing approximately 10,000 square feet. The approximate area is delineated on the sketch in Part 6 Attachments. Existing gravel driving and storage areas shall be repaired via full depth reconstruction consisting of removal of old railroad ballast, a prepared subgrade, new 12” aggregate base course, necessary drainage improvements, and 12” reinforced Portland cement concrete paved area designed for tractor trailer loads and heavy forklift traffic. New pavement markings and signage are to be provided, these will be limited to signage and markings at the entrance and exit. Where possible, namely in areas around First Avenue, some areas should be converted to vegetated rain gardens with a sump (approximately 600 square feet), filter media, underdrain, liner, and connection to the existing storm sewer. An This procurement has one (1) option bid item. The first option bid item is CLIN 0002 for the use of schedule 40 piping for all new piping in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
The Bid Option is to pave the southern approximately 8000 square feet. The bid option would be to extend the drainage system and Portland cement concrete paving all the way to the bridge between Buildings 107 & 108. Existing distance between the dock heights and road level will be maintained.

NAVFAC D/B Replace SIM Center Roof and HVAC Unit, Silver Springs, MD – $1.0M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Washington on this 402 calendar day project to provide labor, approved materials, tools, mobilization, transportation, supervision and equipment necessary for replacement of the roof and add a new HVAC unit.

NAVFAC Replace Existing Roof Systems, B7415, 7419, 7425, and 7428, NBK-Bangor, WA – $1.9M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 210 calendar day project to Remove and replace entire existing roofs, roof insulation, fascia, soffits, gutters, downspouts roof hatches and associated trims/fasteners on B7415, 7419, 7425 and 7428. Work on B7415, B7419 and B7425 to include Logistic Escape Trunk (LET) roof hatches, integrated hand railings and their electrical motors and actuators. Install snow guard systems to B7125 and B7142.

NAVFAC Replace Building 77H East Substation, PNY, PA – $6.3M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic PWD Philadelphia on this 845 calendar day project for replacing the existing electrical substation located east of Building 77H. The proposed action is required as the existing substation is beyond its’ life expectancy and has experienced intermittent failures. The proposed action does not include any alterations to character defining features of Buildings 77H or 670. The proposed action includes the removal of components/surfaces finished with Lead based paint (LBP) resulting from a Hazardous Material Investigation. All LBP must be removed and disposed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. All LBP must be abated by a certified Lead abatement contractor.

NAVFAC Building 1258 / 1259 Chiller Replacement NS Newport, RI – $1.1M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic PWD Newport on this 365 calendar day project to provide replacement of the chiller in Building 1259, and incidental related work. All work shall be in accordance with Naval Station Newport Instruction 5090.10 Ozone Depleting Substances (included in 01 57 10 TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS). Provide an asbestos survey for all substances disturbed as part of the project work (refer to specification section 01 57 10 TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS for details).

USCG D/B Replace Marine Fueling System, Brant Point, Nantucket, MA – $1.2M

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Coast Guard on this 310 calendar day project to provide design, permitting, and construction services to remove and dispose of the existing diesel and gasoline marine fueling systems in their entirety, including but not limited to 1,000-gallon and 4,000-gallon ASTs, associated piping, pumps, valves, accessories, monitoring systems, and remaining fuel/liquid, materials within AST (assume 6-inches). In addition, provide design, permitting, and construction services to furnish and install new elevated diesel piping from the new diesel AST to the new diesel dispenser, and remove and replace pier components as necessary to facilitate demolition of the existing under deck diesel and gasoline piping.

NAVFAC D/B Support Installation of Carousels in B431, B452, B460, B857, Bremerton, WA – $1.5M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 365 calendar-day Design-Build project to install foundations, electrical power, and fire protection for electronic storage carousels in three locations in PSNS, Bremerton WA.
