Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Air Force to Install a redundant cooler in one of their facilities at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This 180 calendar-day, $1.4M project includes demolition of the existing equipment and DDC system, excavation for electrical utilities, site improvements, and installation of the new cooler and associated equipment and DDC system.

NAVFAC Building 2006 HVAC Renovation, Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, VA – $1.1M

The primary objective of this project is to remove and replace the HVAC System for Building 2006 which includes two main air handling units, one providing heating and cooling for the nine zones of the building, while the other provides make-up air and heat for the kitchen. A natural gas fired boiler provides heating hot water while an air cooled condensing unit provides DX cooling for the building. Hot water unit heaters and a convector provide additional heat and there are thirteen exhaust fans and a return air fan for the AHU.
