NAVFAC PWD Everett Construction IDIQ MACC – $4.5M

Doyon Technical Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest, PWD Everett on this 5-year, $4.5 Million 8(a) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Contract. Work will include construction, renovation, alteration, and repair of facilities work by design-build, design-bid-build or performance scope of work for facilities located primarily within the NAVFAC Northwest Area of Operations (AOR), which may include work in the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho; but may include work in the states of Iowa, Minnesota, Wyoming, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Alaska.

NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Waterfront Construction IDIQ MACC – $249M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic on this 5-year $249 Million Small Business Waterfront Construction Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). Construction projects to be performed under this MACC will primarily be new construction, repair, replacement, demolition, alteration, and/or improvement of waterfront projects and may be of either design-bid-build (DBB) or design-build (DB) construction strategy. Types of waterfront projects that include one or more of the following elements: piers; wharves; quay walls; dry docks; bulkheads; crane rail systems; fender systems; berthing and mooring; and waterfront related utilities (e.g., steam; low pressure compressed air; fresh water; salt water; sanitary sewer; oily waste water collection; high voltage to low voltage electrical; and fire protection systems) and required staging and performing construction in or over open tidal waters from barges and/or other floating or affixed work platforms. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for all labor, supervision, engineering, design, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation to perform all of the services described in the drawings and specifications provided for each individual project.

USSF MDA Laydown Yard, Schriever SFB, CO – $545K

Doyon Technical Services will be working with the U.S. Space Force on this 180 calendar day project to construct a hard surface construction material storage and laydown area to include shop drawing design services incidental to construction.

NAVFAC Building 29 Sims Hall 3rd Floor Renovation, NS Newport, RI – $549K

Doyon Technical Services will be working with NAFAC Mid-Atlantic on this 195 calendar day project to make modifications to the third floor, center wing of building 29 (Sims Hall) in order to support near future SCI and SAP war gaming events. The project will entail partitioning the 3rd floor of Sims Hall, center wing into seven separate rooms. Standard gypsum and steel stud wall construction will be used for the partition walls, as non-demising partitions, tied to the true floor and the suspended ceiling system. The project requires the furnishing and installation of doors, carpeting and wall base. Electrical distribution shall be provided from existing electrical panels to receptacles in the new walls and in the existing columns throughout the third floor providing electrical service to the interiors of these spaces.

NAVFAC D-B Building 416 Renovation, NAS-Pax River, MD – $3.3M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Washington on this 360 calendar day design-build project to renovate building 416 to meet unique security requirements. The work includes interior renovations, electrical work, lighting renovations, mechanical work, fire protection, entry control, interior armory, interior 2nd floor protected room, exterior fencing, and access control.

NAVFAC Crane Control Upgrade Building 6303, SWFPAC, WA – $2.3M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 400 calendar day project to modernize the control system and electrical components for one (1) 100-ton rated top running bridge type multiple girder electric traveling crane. The modernization will entail motors, variable frequency drives, pendant/radio controls, electrical enclosures, lighting, and misc. electrical devices.

NAVFAC HVAC at ICPB Phase 2, B6589 SWFPAC, NBK-Bangor, WA – $3.9M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 180 calendar day project to replace air handler SF#4 & RF#2 w/ a roof mounted package unit and install a factory prefab roof and curb to meet structural requirements. Doyon will replace the heating & cooling coils in all air handlers, replace humidifying boilers, reroute the high efficiency boiler stack, update and incorporate DDC controls with building DDC system, and replace sump pumps in room 407.

USCG M&R Building N1 Renovation, Kodiak, AK – $17.4M

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Coast Guard on this 612 calendar day project to provide major interior and exterior maintenance and repair of Building N1, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection modifications. Exterior Work includes replacement of existing buried utilities. Due to the presence of contaminated soil in the vicinity of the project site, all excavations and dewatering shall be completed in accordance with an ADEC-approved Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Dewatering Plan.

USACE Building 3459 Addition, JBLM, WA – $2.8M

Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Seattle on this 300 calendar day project to provide the construction of a new addition (2,500SF) to existing building 3459 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord to better accommodate the working and training needs of the building’s operation. Spaces added include the following: Human performance training area, radio equipment storage space, athletic trainer office, detachment commander office, senior enlisted advisor office, break room and laundry area. A new fire alarm and mass notification system shall also be installed for the whole building. The existing building will require minor modifications to support the addition. The wall separating the existing and new building will be fire rated. Some structural modifications will be required in the existing building as well. Miscellaneous modifications will be required for the electrical, telecommunication, and plumbing systems.

USACE DLA DDC Building 7 and 8 Renovations, Tobyhanna, PA – $27.8M

Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Charleston on this 580 calendar day project to provide complete interior renovation and FF&E package of the admin spaces associated with Building 7 including the restroom facilities, similar renovations to the restroom facilities in Building 8, repair to the extensively cracked floor slabs throughout bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7 with a resinous troweled gray epoxy mortar finish and safety floor markings, optional replacement of the air circulation systems in bays 3-6 of Bldg. 7, upgrade to the fire sprinkler system in bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7 including connection to the new fire sprinkler loop from Bldg. 8, removal of the existing racking systems in bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7, optional removal and replacement of the roof at bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7, replacement and new installation of the metal roof over the admin spaces and adjacent covered bays, upgrading of the fire walls between bays 2-6 at Bldg. 7 from 3-hour to 4-hour, enclosure of the Bay 3 loading dock similar to the newly enclosed dock at Bldg. 8, removal of angled loading docks at bay 5 of Bldg. 7, the addition of a partially enclosed ABA ramp for bay 5 at Bldg. 7, repair/repave of the parking area associated with bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7, and incidental related work.
