USACE Building 3459 Addition, JBLM, WA – $2.8M

Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Seattle on this 300 calendar day project to provide the construction of a new addition (2,500SF) to existing building 3459 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord to better accommodate the working and training needs of the building’s operation. Spaces added include the following: Human performance training area, radio equipment storage space, athletic trainer office, detachment commander office, senior enlisted advisor office, break room and laundry area. A new fire alarm and mass notification system shall also be installed for the whole building. The existing building will require minor modifications to support the addition. The wall separating the existing and new building will be fire rated. Some structural modifications will be required in the existing building as well. Miscellaneous modifications will be required for the electrical, telecommunication, and plumbing systems.

USACE DLA DDC Building 7 and 8 Renovations, Tobyhanna, PA – $27.8M

Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Charleston on this 580 calendar day project to provide complete interior renovation and FF&E package of the admin spaces associated with Building 7 including the restroom facilities, similar renovations to the restroom facilities in Building 8, repair to the extensively cracked floor slabs throughout bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7 with a resinous troweled gray epoxy mortar finish and safety floor markings, optional replacement of the air circulation systems in bays 3-6 of Bldg. 7, upgrade to the fire sprinkler system in bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7 including connection to the new fire sprinkler loop from Bldg. 8, removal of the existing racking systems in bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7, optional removal and replacement of the roof at bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7, replacement and new installation of the metal roof over the admin spaces and adjacent covered bays, upgrading of the fire walls between bays 2-6 at Bldg. 7 from 3-hour to 4-hour, enclosure of the Bay 3 loading dock similar to the newly enclosed dock at Bldg. 8, removal of angled loading docks at bay 5 of Bldg. 7, the addition of a partially enclosed ABA ramp for bay 5 at Bldg. 7, repair/repave of the parking area associated with bays 3-6 at Bldg. 7, and incidental related work.

USACE McChord Playground at J00681P JBLM, WA – $1.8M

Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Seattle on this 365 calendar day project to construct a new playground including: to repair by replacement a sidewalk along 6th Street SW from D Street to E Street, repair by replacement of sidewalk along Col Joe Jackson Blvd between D Street and E Street, repair by replacement of sidewalk on the east side of E Street at the parking lot, a new sidewalk along E Street and through park, remove trees located in the project vicinity, to install Synthetic Turf Wear Surface (Artificial grass / turf) at locations under the Playground and Swing set locations, to build new sidewalk through the park, to construct a black chain-link fence around the perimeter of the playground. The playground will be a two-story structure with equipment appropriate for “School-Age” and “Pre-Teen” Age groups. It will also include a single axis (to-fro) swing set, a shade structure, benches, an airplane climber, spring riders, a free-standing spinner, and a zip line.

NAVFAC Install New Rooftop Systems in Liaison Saudi Area, NSA-Philadelphia, PA – $1.9M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAFAC Mid-Atlantic on this 420 calendar day project to replace the Liaison Area Rooftop system and Saudi Rooftop system with new rooftop heat pumps and electric backup heat. The existing systems do not have any heat. The intent of this project is to replace systems with economizer, new thermostat, disconnect switch, convenience outlet and service light on roof system.

NAVFAC UH B2207 and B2720 Roof Replacement, NBK-Bangor, WA – $1.8M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 160 calendar day project to replace the asphalt shingle roof with split-seam metal roof, on B2207 match existing style and color with surrounding buildings. Gutters and downspouts will also be replaced. Doyon will also replace the roof on B2720 with new PVC 60 mil system and provide all flashing and cap materials.

USACE Madigan ACP Gate, JBLM, WA – $2.8M

Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Seattle on this 350 calendar day project to the construct a new Active Vehicle Barriers (AVB) Control System (AVBCS), and additional electrical power (such as, transformer assembly). This work includes site grading, subgrade preparation, site utilities, paving, reinforced concrete, electrical, landscaping, security and communications, security equipment, passive vehicle barriers, guardrails, roadway design, and other items defined in the contract documents.

USACE Division Road Bridge Replacement, Fort Jackson, SC – $1.3M

Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Charleston on this 330 calendar day project to remove and replace the existing Division Road Bridge at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The design portion of this project has already been completed under a separate contract. Doyon will be responsible for executing the construction phase based on the completed design documents provided in this RFP. All work will be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.

USACE Recycling Collection Area, Fort Meade, MD – $1.5M

Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Baltimore on this 180 calendar day project to construct a new Recycling Collection Center (RCC), exterior operations and processing yard, and storage/laydown area and incidental related work.

USACE Repair Building 9111 HVAC, JBLM, WA – $2.0M

Doyon Management Services will be working with USACE Seattle on this 365 calendar day project to repair by replacement building 9111’s HVAC systems. It also includes alterations to the facilities latrines and classroom spaces and construction of new classroom spaces. The work includes electrical upgrades to support the new HVAC and reconfiguration of the facilities electrical systems to support the change in classroom spaces and uninterruptible power system (UPS) replacement. As part of the HVAC upgrade, the direct digital controls (DDC) system will be replaced.

USBR Provo Area Office Cubicle Remodel – $1.8M

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation on this 180 calendar day project to construct and complete Bureau of Reclamation Provo Area Office Cubicle Remodel including demolition, carpet, steel framed office walls and insulation, steel framed office ceilings and insulation, cubicle panels and electrical raceways, soundproof office doors, acoustic windows, furnishings, lighting, vents connected to the existing ductwork, electrical for each section of cubicles and offices, new cables from the servers for each section of cubicles and offices, and to relocate fire sprinklers.
