U.S. Space Force Space Coast Multiple Award Construction Contract – $750M

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Space Force and U.S. Air Force on this 10-year, $750M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Space Coast Multiple Award Construction Contract (SCMACC) in the State of Florida at Patrick Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Kennedy Space Center, the Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex, and MacDill Air Force Base.  The work will be accomplished for the 45th Space Wing, Naval Ordinance Test Unit (NOTU), Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). 

This contracting vehicle will be used for executing a broad range of maintenance, repair and new construction of buildings, facilities, or base infrastructure, performed under a design/build or bid/build process. Projects will include a wide variety of construction tasks, including renovation, additions/ upgrades, and new construction integrating multiple construction trades/disciplines.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Marine Forces Reserve (MFR) General Repair and Construction MATOC, East Contract – $124.5M

Awarded in March of 2021, Doyon Management Services is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District on this  5-Year, $124.5M, General Repair and Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) at Various Locations for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installations Support for Distribution and Marine Forces Reserve (MFR). This was a 100% Small Business set-aside acquisition resulting in East and West Contracts with multiple awardees for each region sharing $249M. Doyon Management Services was awarded a contract for the East Region.

This contract will include: Vertical Construction: Buildings – New construction, rehabilitation, renovation, repair of buildings, building additions, pre-engineered buildings and other structures; Repair of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, wastewater drainage systems, fire alarm and life safety systems; Roofs – Replacement and repair of partial and whole roof systems; Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) – Building and site security and electronic security. Horizontal Construction: New construction, rehabilitation, and repairs of highways, roads, streets, and runways; New construction, repair, and replacement of underground utilities and fuel facilities and systems. Incidental Work: All work to create useable systems as defined in the contract; Interior/exterior carpentry and finish work; Forensic studies for water damage and presence of hazardous material.

Awarded in December 2018, Doyon Management Services is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District on this 7-year, $175M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Multi-Disciplinary Maintenance, Repair, Construction and Incidental Design Work for Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) Its Sub-Installations and Other Customers Supported by USACE Seattle District.
The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this contract is 236220 Commercial and Industrial Construction, with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million.
The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to, renovation, repairs, minor building expansions and pre-engineered buildings (not to exceed the statutory limit for new construction), preventative maintenance, environmental abatement, erosion control and earthwork. The IDIQ covers a broad range of repair, maintenance, and minor construction work on real property assets of JBLM, WA. National Park Services (NPS) Northern Intermountain Region MATOC – $40M

In October 2018, Doyon Management Services was awarded a 5-year, $40M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Rocky Mountain Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the National Park Services in collaboration with the Northern Rockies Contracting Offices1. Under this contract, Doyon Management Services provided general construction services, including the repair or rehabilitation of both historic and non-historic structures. Additionally, the contract covered a minimal amount of new construction across various project types. These services encompassed a wide range of areas, such as:

In September 2018, Doyon Management Services was awarded a 5-year, $4M, 8(a) Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) General Construction and Repair/Renovation Contract by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). This contract involved projects in the Public Works Department (PWD) Yorktown, Virginia Area of Responsibility (AOR), which encompassed several locations:

  • Naval Weapons Station
  • Cheatham Annex, Yorktown
  • Camp Peary
  • Sugar Grove, West Virginia

U.S. Coast Guard Design/Build Regional MACC, Region 9 – $150M

Awarded in September 2018, Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S Coast Guard on this 7-year, $150M, Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract (RMACC) for Region 9 (Great Lakes Region). The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) Construction Contracting Office, has determined the need to re-procure a suite of nine Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Regional Multiple Award Construction Contracts (RMACCs) to perform construction on a regional basis nationwide. The contracts will be available on a non-mandatory, enterprise-wide basis to all DHS Directorates and Components. The DHS Components include: United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS), United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Federal Emergency and Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and United States Secret Service (USSS).

Facilities include, but are not limited to, operations buildings, hangars, boat houses, firing ranges, residential and light commercial buildings and their mechanical and electrical systems, site utilities, waterfront facilities, electronic surveillance/security construction, dredging, and airports/runways. Design-Build, One-Step Turnkey (Design-Build), and Design/Bid/Build project delivery methods are used. This Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract is set aside for contractors in one or more small business socioeconomic programs. Task order limits will range from $2,000 to $7M with an total value of $150M.
