NAVFAC Building 2006 HVAC Renovation, Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, VA – $1.1M
The primary objective of this project is to remove and replace the HVAC System for Building 2006 which includes two main air handling units, one providing heating and cooling for the nine zones of the building, while the other provides make-up air and heat for the kitchen. A natural gas fired boiler provides heating hot water while an air cooled condensing unit provides DX cooling for the building. Hot water unit heaters and a convector provide additional heat and there are thirteen exhaust fans and a return air fan for the AHU.
USACE Parking Lot Repairs, DISA Headquarters Building, Ft. Meade, MD – $276K
This project includes repairs to various parts to the parking lots and structures at the DISA HQ Facility on Fort Meade. DMS will replace the doors and reconfigure the door openings in the parking garage stair tower, provide 5,500 LF of joint repair in the parking garage, saw cut and install new urethane sealant, and install an asphalt emulsion sealer to bridge cracks and provide a seamless surface.
