NAVFAC Pennsylvania AOR $249M IDIQ MACC

Doyon Management Services was recently awarded a Design-Build (DB), Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for the Public Works Department (PWD) Pennsylvania area of responsibility (AOR).  The five-year, $249 million MACC was awarded by the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA, office as a set aside for 8(a) contractors. Competitive task orders will range from $500,000 to $5 million and will include a wide variety of DB and DBB projects for new construction, demolition, repair, alteration and renovation of buildings, systems, and infrastructure for a variety of facilities (administrative, industrial, maintenance, warehouses, hangars, communications, personnel support, recreation, lodging, dormitory, medical) and roads.  In addition to the PWD Pennsylvania AOR, work may also occur in other areas of the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic AOR.

U.S. Air Force Renovate Refueler Maintenance Facility, Dover AFB, DE – $552K

Doyon Management Services is providing Design-Build services for the U.S. Air Force to Renovate their Refueler Maintenance Facility at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The project consists of design and installation of a natural gas line, boiler, furnace, and a split air conditioning unit. Additionally, the work will modify the existing sanitary sewer lines, renovate the restrooms, restore the floor, and demolish a 400SF building.

NAVFAC Repair Substation 1, Naval Base Kitsap Bangor, Silverdale, WA – $7.9M

Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Northwest on this 598-calendar day, Design-Bid-Build construction contract. Work for this project includes the retrofit of two 15kv vacuum breakers, installation of two new 15kV vacuum breakers, as well as 115kV substation upgrades, switchgear door replacements, new protective relays, protective devise coordination, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) integration, installation of raceways, wire, fiber optic, cabling systems, and battery replacements. U.S. Air Force Install Redundant Cooler, Wright-Patterson AFB – $1.4M

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Air Force to Install a redundant cooler in one of their facilities at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This 180 calendar-day, $1.4M project includes demolition of the existing equipment and DDC system, excavation for electrical utilities, site improvements, and installation of the new cooler and associated equipment and DDC system.

U.S. Air Force Malmstrom Air Force Base $90M Multiple Award Task Order Contract

Doyon Management Services will be working with the U.S. Air Force at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana providing general construction services under a 5-year, $90M, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
